Now in its 38th season, the Federal Way Symphony is a paid, professional orchestra under the direction of Maestro A. Brian Davenport, its Music Director for more than 30 years. Each year, the Federal Way Symphony presents a season concert series, featuring music from the Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern periods, as well as special concerts and events: jazz, popular, choral, holiday and educational programs.
The Symphony's educational programs include "Symphony in the Schools" and the Masters and Mentors program.
The Federal Way Symphony is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, governed by a board of directors, and committed to bringing world-class performers and music to the Federal Way community. The Symphony's funding sources include grants, donations, special events and concert ticket sales.
